Investor Rights at Osool Gamma | Ownership, Transparency & Legal Protection
Empowering Investors Through Knowledge and Law At Osool Gamma, we believe that a protected and informed investor is the cornerstone of any successful investment model. Therefore, we have formulated an “Investor Bill of Rights” that is clear, direct, and rooted in the regulatory frameworks governing our operations. When you subscribe to any offering on our platform, you automatically acquire a robust package of inviolable legal and financial rights.
Core Investor Rights at Osool Gamma: To guarantee a fair and transparent experience, every investor enjoys the following rights:
- Documented Ownership Rights: You have the absolute right to have your invested asset legally recorded. For real estate offered within the REGA Sandbox, this means your fractional title is reflected in the National Real Estate Registry. For other assets structured via SPVs, you possess the right to be officially recorded in the shareholder or owner registry of the independent entity holding that asset.
- Information and Disclosure Rights: There is no “blind” investing here. You have the right to access all asset-related documentation before and after investing. This includes the offering memorandum, independent valuation reports, operational contracts, and risk disclosures.
- Distribution Rights: Whenever the underlying asset generates net cash flows (after deducting disclosed operational expenses and fees), you have the right to receive your exact pro-rata share of these profits, deposited directly into your wallet via transparent, automated smart contract execution.
- Complaint and Escalation Rights: In the event of a dispute or concern, you have the right to access formal support channels and escalate your complaint through the proper legal procedures established in the Kingdom to safeguard your interests.
Parameters Governing Exit and Liquidity Rights: You have the right to request the sale of your shares or initiate an exit, but this right is governed by phased, structured mechanisms. There is no open, unregulated daily trading that guarantees instant liquidity. Exiting is subject to Lock-up Periods detailed in the asset documents and the availability of buyers during designated secondary market windows (if applicable).
What is NOT Included in Investor Rights? To ensure absolute transparency and properly manage expectations:
- An investor does not have the right to demand “guaranteed returns” or fixed profit margins; yields strictly follow the actual performance of the underlying asset.
- An investor does not have the right to demand a full capital refund from the platform if the asset’s market value depreciates. (Invested capital is at risk).
